How is my credit card order processed?
Your order is processed securely using PayPal. PayPal uses the latest fraud prevention technology. Every PayPal account insured against unauthorized transactions up to $100,000. PayPal is used by more than 10 million customers and accepts Visa and Mastercard payments.
Does DietKings.com ever have access to my credit card #?
No. PayPal processes the credit card and provides transaction verification of your payment. Because your credit card # is never stored on our site you never have to worry about your credit card being stolen from our site or databases. No employee or associate of DietKings.com will ever know what your credit card # is.
Who will be handling my order?
DietKings.com is owned and operated by Strategic Office Solutions, Inc a private Internet development and consulting corporation in business since 1996. We have registered our business account with PayPal and have been officially verified. Click the PayPal symbol below to verify our registration with PayPal. When will my order ship?
Orders received and verified from PayPal usually ship within 1 business day. Orders received on business days before 12PM central time will usually ship the same business day. If shipment is delayed for any reason longer than 5 business days you will be notified. All orders are shipped UPS ground or Priority Mail.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns up to 10 days with no restocking fee. We will accept returns up to 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & handling is non-refundable on all transactions. Items such as food, vitamins, nutrients or any other consumable type products may not be returned. If you need to return an item email us at info@dietkings.com for an RMA number.
